Shanghai MAC is a leading manufacturer and supplier of PEEK Shaft Sleeve/Bushes.

The PEEK bushing is precisely manufactured using pure polyetheretherketone (PEEK) and modified formulations. It maintains excellent dimensional stability and mechanical strength under harsh conditions. It can widely replace copper bushings and composite material bushings, and is particularly suitable for high-temperature, vacuum, and corrosive environments.

1.Maximum continuous operating temperature: +250°C (up to 310°C for short periods)

*Customized sizes are available: inner diameter ranging from 3mm to 300mm, with flanges or straight sleeves, as well as versions with grooves and oil holes.

High temperature resistance: The heat distortion temperature is as high as 315°C. It can operate stably at 260°C for a long time, maintaining high rigidity and low creep.
Self-lubricating: Extremely low friction coefficient, no need for grease lubrication, avoids contamination, suitable for food, textile, and medical equipment.
Chemical resistance: Resistant to almost all organic/inorganic solvents, acids, bases and environments except concentrated sulfuric acid. Suitable for chemical pumps and valves.

Dimensional stability: Low moisture absorption, extremely low thermal expansion coefficient, does not deform in humid environments, suitable for precise fitting.
Low Friction coefficient: Possesses excellent resistance to wear and scratching, low-noise operation. By adding carbon fiber/graphite reinforced grades, it can be applied to high-load conditions.
Lightweighting: The density is only half that of aluminum, significantly reducing the inertia of moving parts, making it suitable for high-speed applications.

Semiconductor equipment: Resistant to high temperatures, clean, and corrosion-resistant.
Aerospace: Lightweight, resistant to extreme temperatures.
Automotive industry: Transmission, braking system.
Medical devices: Sterilizable, self-lubricating.
Chemical pumps and valves: Resistant to acids and alkalis, maintenance-free.
Packaging machinery: High-speed operation, oil-free.
