The AR-9000 series is a high-end 3D line laser measurement instrument, with common models being the AR-9010 and AR-9025. It features high-precision sampling at 4096 points per profile under a high-frequency scan rate of 40kHz, accurately capturing the cross-sectional shape of target objects (such as micrometer-level recesses and burrs). The specially tuned blue laser at 450nm enhances imaging contrast, and combined with HDR technology and reflection filtering algorithms, it stabilizes the detection of highly reflective materials (such as shiny metals).
