Diamond calibrating roller, also known as diamond thickness‑setting tool, is a metal‑bond diamond abrasive tool composed of steel substrate and spiral‑arranged diamond segments. It is specially designed for thickness calibration and surface scraping of natural stone, engineered quartz stone and other non‑metallic materials. Mounted on stone calibrating & polishing machines, it removes thickness surplus, eliminates slab warpage and surface unevenness, achieving uniform slab thickness before subsequent polishing procedures. Almost all dimensional parameters are customer‑customized according to end‑users’ existing machine models. We can produce various rollers, grinding discs and cylindrical wheels to fit different calibrating and polishing equipment. Improper calibration will result in uneven slab flatness, high reject rate and heavy wear on follow‑up polishing tools. Our diamond calibrating roller delivers stable stock removal under continuous wet‑grinding production‑line conditions. 1. Main Composition: High‑strength steel base body + sintered metal‑bond diamond spiral segments. Steel substrate serves as machine mounting carrier; spiral diamond segments undertake scraping and stock‑removal work.

Standard Packaging

Each diamond calibrating roller is wrapped with anti‑rust paper and PE foam cushion to protect spiral diamond segments and inner mounting hole against collision and scratch. Then put into thick‑wall plywood case with foam filling for gap fixing. Plywood cases are strapped with packing belts. Multiple plywood cases are stacked on fumigated wooden pallets and wrapped with stretch film. Outer shipping case can print product information, dimension, weight and shipping mark as per customer’s requirement.

We support FCL and LCL sea freight, air freight and express delivery, subject to order quantity and destination country. Trade terms include EXW, FOB, CIF. Other terms may be available upon request. Shipping costs are calculated based on cargo volume, gross weight, destination and selected transportation method.
