End Cover: Galvanized Steel (SS Optional)
Shanghai Mac Corporation is a leading Gas Turbine Intake Filter Element manufacturer and supplier.
This is a pleated replaceable filter element built for pulse-jet self-cleaning air intake filter systems. It is mounted inside outdoor filter housings at the air inlet of gas-fired power plants, oxygen production facilities, blast furnace blower stations and large air compressor stations. The element captures sand, dust, fly ash and other solid particulates from ambient outdoor air before the air flows into gas turbines, air compressors and centrifugal blowers. By removing abrasive airborne particles, it prevents impeller wear, internal component fouling and efficiency drop of high-value rotating machinery, reduces the frequency of costly equipment overhauls, and extends the service life of core power and process equipment. It works with the housing’s built-in pulse-jet back-blowing system to dislodge accumulated dust from the filter surface without equipment shutdown, minimizing production downtime and maintenance labor cost.

Packaging of Gas Turbine Intake Filter Element:
Standard Packaging
Each filter element is individually wrapped in polyethylene film to protect the filter media from moisture, dust and mechanical damage during storage. Elements are packed in reinforced corrugated export cartons, with shock-absorbing foam inserts fixed at both ends to prevent impact damage to end covers and media edges. Bulk quantity orders are arranged on fumigated wooden pallets and tightly wrapped with stretch film to secure the load for international container shipment.
Shipping
We support FCL and LCL sea freight, air freight and express delivery (DHL, FedEx) based on order quantity and delivery destination. Available trade terms include EXW, FOB Shanghai, CIF and CFR. Other terms may be available upon request. Shipping costs are calculated according to cargo volume, gross weight, destination port and selected transportation method.
Lead Time
Samples: 3-7 working days
Standard mass production orders: 15-25 working days
Custom dimension or custom media orders: 25-40 working days

Q1: What is the minimum order quantity for this filter element?
A: The MOQ for standard size filter elements is 50 pieces. Smaller trial orders can be negotiated based on current stock status.
Q2: How long does it take to get samples?
A: Stock standard samples can be shipped within 3 working days. Custom samples with special dimensions or media require 7-10 working days for production.
Q3: What information do you need to provide a custom quotation?
A: Please confirm the outer diameter, total length, filter media type, end cover material, required efficiency grade and estimated order quantity. Dimension drawings of the installation interface are preferred for custom sizes.
Q4: What is the difference between this intake filter element and a dust collector filter element?
A: This intake filter element is engineered for outdoor ambient air filtration, with enhanced moisture resistance and weatherability to protect intake equipment. Dust collector filter elements are designed for high-concentration process dust inside workshops, with higher dust load capacity but lower outdoor weather resistance. The two types are not interchangeable.
Q5: When should I replace the filter element?
A: Replace the element when the differential pressure reaches 250Pa and cannot be reduced by pulse-jet cleaning, or when the filter media is torn, damaged or permanently blocked by moisture or oil mist.
