Shanghai Mac Corporation is a leading Rubber seal strip manufacturer and supplier.
Rubber sealing strips are elongated sealing elements made of elastic materials such as EPDM, NBR, and silicone rubber through extrusion or molding processes, with various cross-sectional shapes including D-type, P-type, U-type, and multi-cell foam profiles. They are widely applied in automotive door and window seams, building curtain walls and window frames, household appliance cabinets, industrial enclosures, and mechanical equipment joints. By relying on the elastic deformation of the material to fill assembly gaps, they deliver waterproofing, dustproofing, sound insulation, vibration damping, and thermal insulation, preventing rainwater, dust, noise, and hot or cold air from penetrating joints, while buffering vibration and reducing wear, thereby improving overall sealing performance and component service life.

A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container.
Q6.Can you paint our logo?
A: Yes, the parts also could print customer logo.
Q7.How to choose the right hardness for a seal strip?
A: It depends on the application. Soft (30–50 Shore A) for low-pressure, delicate seals like doors. Hard (70–90 Shore A) for high-pressure industrial uses.
Q8.What's the maximum service temperature for EPDM seal strips?
A: EPDM can withstand up to +150°C continuously. For higher temperatures (up to +250°C), use silicone rubber instead.
