Work van crane, or container jib crane, is a specially designed micro crane, which is able to be installed inside a van compartment or shipping container. Nowadays, it's getting more and more popular to convert vans and containers into a portable workshop. But sometimes it's tricky to load heavy things in and out, so it helps a lot to have a crane fitted inside. Take a standard 40ft shipping container for example: with rails and brackets mounted at the roof and side panel, the crane can easily lift cargo up and move left-right & back-forward. It can stretch outside for 3 meters, and can be folded to save space when not using. Be it very small in size, the maximum lifting capacity can reach 3 tons.
